Following the visit, you receive a written staging report, summarizing key findings, prioritized actions, and a structured checklist to guide your preparation. To support your process, every Walk & Talk includes a copy of my premium hardcover book, Home Staging with Strategy, complete with practical checklists and reference tools.

This service moves beyond advice into direct, professional staging. I actively prepare your home for the market—rearranging, refining, and editing each space to optimise flow, light, and emotional appeal.

Full Staging Process – Full-Day (from 3 bedrooms)
Comprehensive hands-on staging for larger or complex properties
Larger homes require coherence across multiple rooms, circulation, and transitions. This full-day service ensures every space is staged thoughtfully, creating a consistent, intentional flow that appeals to buyers.
